Experience and qualifications
- 14+ years in SAP delivery, managed services, integration, or application management
- Experience leading 25+ person delivery teams across concurrent engagements
- Experience with service-level governance, KPIs, escalations, and delivery reviews
- Hands-on S/4HANA, Integration Suite, BASIS, and integration platform knowledge
- Experience developing team structures, capability matrices, and career paths
